THRIVING FILM INDUSTRY ON SUNNY COAST

Did you know the Sunshine Coast has a thriving FILM INDUSTRY? Since 2000, 22 feature films have been made on the Sunshine Coast or by the Sunshine Coast or made by Sunshine Coast-based producers, including 23 Summers, The Gorge, The Edge [pictured] and Perfect Messy Love. To help increase visibility of the Sunshine Coast's film locations, a dynamic new online reproduce has been launched. The Sunshine Coast Screen Locations Gallery will lead into Screen Queensland's film locations gallery and the global locations hub database to help recruit and attract screen productions to the state.
